Main Duties:(Job Related Duties)
Managing the day-to-day operation of the accommodation and attending to the welfare of the residents and maintenance of the premises.
Checking room allocations per gender, nationality, department and grades.
Administer and monitor room changes.
Maintain updated situation of all rooms monitoring of proper hygienic conditions.
Take prompt action on complaints from tenants or colleagues.
Coordinate with the Head Driver in arranging the new joiners arrival and leavers to and from the Airport.
First point of contact of new arrival employees, provide brief introduction of the accommodation, housing rules, HR visit, transportation schedule and others.
