After Sales Services
Follow up with all clients to ensure client satisfaction on products and service quality and prompt payment of accounts receivables.
Prepare maintenance reports and submit to the clients periodically as required.
Obtain and analyze client feedback and promptly act upon any dissatisfaction to initiate preventive action to resolve the complaint.
General
Strive to achieve quality & business objectives.
Work within the ISO9001:2008, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 quality system.
