Job Description

The focus of the Lounge Rep is to represent the Al Fakher brand and products by creating strong business and personal relationships with lounge account owners and H00kah staff and while executing all aspects of Al Fakhers lounge strategy (Territory Assessment & Management, In-Account standards, Events, Partnership Agreements, etc) Success in this role is driven by serving as a local brand ambassador, creating mutually beneficial relationships with key lounge partners, possessing strong negotiation skills, and fostering a solution-oriented mindset

Major activities to ensure achievement of key Results and Deliverables

1Typical Field Agenda

aRegular phone communication with local Market Head and Lounge managerhead

b9am-1030am - Administrative tasks

c1030am-6pm - Lounge visits and appointments 8-12 accountsday

d8pm onwards - Lounge night tours (6-10 accountsnight 4 nightsweek)

2In-Account Execution

aDistribution and placement of Al Fakher core products

bTraining of lounge H00kah mastersstaff in Al Fakher mixology

cVisibility of Al Fakher products

dImplementation of consumption activation programs POS andor tools

eEncourage the optimum price for Al Fakher products

fEnsure Al Fakher products are listed on H00kah menus as per Al Fakher guidelines

3Territory Management

aMapping of lounge universe within the specified territory per Al Fakher guidelines

bContinuous assessment of geographic territory

cAnalyzes territory and account specific business to clearly understand key business drivers

dAccurate categorization of lounges per Al Fakher guidelines

eExcellence in KPI execution

fMaintains lounge tracker complete with competitor activity as per Al Fakher guidelines

gManages local on-premise budget

hServes as the main contact point for hisher accounts 247

iWorks collaboratively with lounge key decision makers to implement strategies and tactics that drive the Al Fakher brand and volume

jProactively shares Al Fakher marketing activities to demonstrate key points of difference vs competition

kRoutinely performs H00kah master trainings to ensure brand engagement & adoption

lMaintains consistent communication and collaborative working relationship with key distributor personnel

4Helps Build and Lives the Al Fakher On Premise culture

aCreates affinity for H00kah the Al Fakher and products

bWork lifestyle coincides with on premise H00kah culture

cAs a result of interactions with the person in this role, customers and consumers want to be associated with the Al Fakher brand

dHas a deep understanding and passion for H00kah culture

eDevelops deep relationships and mutual partnerships for Al Fakher and the lounges

5POS

aEnsures that the proper POS items are staged in the right accounts according to Al Fakher guidelines

bEnsures all Al Fakher POS is clean and in proper working order

cHas on-handin stock the appropriate POS tools andor replacements at all times

dKeeps track of POS placements per venue

eEffectively negotiates and ensures all agreed upon components are executed within lounge Partnership Agreements

6Relationship Building Activities

aRoutinely engages in activities to build relationships with key influencers in accounts and within the territory

bProactively searches for creative elements to add to supported events that drive Al Fakhers brand image

cEnsures activation around account andor third-party events that take place inside lounges

dDevelops relevant industry relationships (H00kah community, promoters, etc)

eDevelops and implements incentives and staff activities for key customers

7Personal Habits

aProfessional & ethical conduct during all business interactions, including across all professional and personal socialdigital mediums

bDresses appropriately during both day and night business

cPunctual for all internal and external deadlinesappointments

dRepresents the brand consistently across all activities and mediums (socialdigital, etc)

eBuilds the image of the brand through Lounge Reps interactions, language and style

fClear and effective communication with Co-workers, customers, and distributors

gWorks as part of the team to ensure execution against key eventsactivities sometimes outside everyday responsibilities

7POS is properly maintained and placed appropriately in all accounts



Salary


USD
31,080 to 39,177
per month inclusive of fixed allowances

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Qualifications

University Degree preferred

Experience

aMinimum 2 years salesmarketing experience

bStrong on-Premise industry knowledge and experience in the scene

cUnderstanding and passion for H00kah and H00kah culture
