Job Description

Role : To efficiently manage the entire process of Procurement of office supplies and equipment, whilst managing Projects relating to office maintenance. Manage Projects (New and renovation of office spaces) from sourcing suppliers, contract negotiations through to scheduling & completion stage. Coordinate with external suppliers & service providers i.e Etisalat, Du, DEWA, RTA, EPPCO etc. Maintain database of suppliers and contractors. Review and administer systems & procedures to ensure time & cost effective services transactions.Specifications: Graduate or Diploma holder with minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience in Administration & Procurement roles in UAE. Planning & Organising skill are key to succeed in fast paced environment. Ability to Multi-task and thorough follow ups on action plans are must.
