Job Description

To be successful in winning this role, you will have the following skills experience:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge and Experience:

* Secondary school certificate or Diplma Degree qualified
* At least 2 years experience within a administrative back office quality support role.

Job Specific Skills:

* Excellent MS Office skills, particularly with high proficiency in Excel
* Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills.
* Experience of working in SAP is highly desired.
* Excellent organisationalandtime management skills
* Ability to manage own workload effectively whilst supporting others
* An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards providing excellent administrative services to both internal and external customers

Behavioural Competencies:

* Ability to handle high level of activity, with an emotional maturity to handle and satisfy internal and external customers
* Sensitivity to work and experience in a multicultural work environment.
