Job Description

Job Purpose:-To manage team and sales of FSD (Analytical products, and field solutions & Products) in market of Saudi Arabia. Take leadership role and lead to achieved the assigned KPI for the FSD business in Saudi. Promote local content and prepare sales strategy and planning, execute sales plan and work closely with Bahrain and Dept. managers to identify major opportunities and pursue.To work closely with the other cross sectional departments like, Engineering, Service, PCI BU, Quality, Legal etc.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities -• To prepare business plan for the Analyzers & products sales business for Saudi Arabia market.• To support KSA rep and its staff for achieve respective BU targets.• To work as a motivated TEAM LEADER with only positive attitude and specific focus on Sales, have open communication among the Sales team to achieve the Sales objectives.• To take lead in developing the technical expertise of all analytical systems with more emphasis on GC’s , TDLS and Liquid analyzers to achieve overall analytical solutions team objectives.• Works diligently to achieve the Sales & Marketing objectives and targets of Sales team.• Supervise the Sales TEAM in preparation of the correct techno commercial proposals within stipulated time as requested by customer in coordination with other cross sectional departments in Bahrain for the final integrated proposal to customer.• To continuously improve the Proposal operations in KSA in line with Bahrain proposals preparation, Filing, CRM/follow-up etc. • Makes proposal decisions in consultation with Dept Manager on the day-to-day running of the business in KSA.• To effectively and regularly report the plans, execution success and any gaps to higher management and continuously improve market position of Yokogawa brand in Saudi Arabia. To ensure both internal and external communications are properly titled and addressed to the concerned stake holders for both System/PCI.
