Bachelor Degree in Food Technology Microbiology Food Science Biology Chemistry or Nutrition
Certificates for internal lead auditing for ISO 90012008 (If Available)
HACCP level 3 Certificate
Three(3) - five(5) years in a similar position
Previous experience in the hospitality sector or in a reputable catering organization
Experience in GCC is a must (preferably Saudi Arabia)
Ability to communicate in English (Oral & Written)
Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office programs, E-mails etc)
