Job Description

In order to be considered for this role, you must have a previous Duty Manager or Guest Services Manager experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in 5 star hospitality and has the ability to deal with high profile guests

It is essential that you have good command of the English language (spoken and written); ideally a German language You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as Property Management System (Opera)
