Job Description

1.Dress in accordance with the dress code. (Always clean and ironed uniform, clip a name badge, well cared for hair and nails). 2. To prepare daily work schedules of the bar staff according to restaurant intensity and special event schedule. 3.To participate in the daily meetings and exchange information before the beginning of service, to discuss them in the service preparations and to apply the necessary information. 4. Completion of the operation check list required by the service before signing it to the manager. 5.Observing the material request forms prepared according to the consumption needs of the bar and ensuring that necessary materials are available in the warehouse. 6. To distribute the work to assistant members. 7. To provide maintenance of machinery and equipment. 8. To check whether the machine and equipments are ready for service. 9. To train bar staff regularly on the preparation and service of beverages 10. Ensure that the bars are always clean and ready for service. 11. To Serve in Huqqa Standards and Quality. 12. To control and supervise the activities of the bar staff. 13. To ensure the use of standard recipes in the preparation of beverages. 14. Reports the loss of the Beverage production. 15. To control the bar machines and equipments. 16. To disinfect service materials. 17. To give clear and complete answers to the questions that guests may have about the drinks in the menu. 18. Providing training for staff about cocktails, recipes and standards of Huqqa Beverage. 19. Investigates and tries new cocktails with the manager’s approval. 20. To fulfill Huqqa standards in customer satisfaction and service quality. 21. Works with team colleagues in team spirit. 22. Always take care about hand caring, hair - beard shaving, ear and nails caring. 23. Shoes are always painted and clean before beginning of shift. 24. Be absolutely careful when lifting, whether cups, plates and other materials are full or empty. 25. Do not use cracked cups, mugs and etc. that can harm oneself or your guest.
