Job Description

1. Determines the departments and product policy in line with the goals determined by the CEO and top management. Sets the appropriate standards for the policy. 2. A member of R & D team and actively participate in the meeting, present and develop ideas. 3. Follows the departments budget targets, makes plans to reach the budget. 4. Hires the bar team of the new branches and organizes the opening trainings. 5. Supervises the application of bar prescriptions in accordance with standards. 6. Makes inspections by visiting branches. The application checks whether the required methods and standards are complied with. 7. Provides feedback on the problems detected during the visits to the branch, and makes improvement plans. 8.With Civil Engineering Team it determines the position of the bar in the construction projects of the newly opened branches. 9. It specifies bar equipment lists and storage stocks of the new branches to be opened. 10. Reviews monthly cost reports and controls the system entry of daily loss and transfer forms. 11.Attends weekly meetings and ensures the correct and efficient execution of common processes with other departments. 12. Inspect the efficiency of the bar staff. Develops and implements training programs to make them more productive. 13. Establishes and inspects necessary hygiene standards in bar areas. 14. Controls the work programs in all branches, intervenes according to necessity. 15. Creates department check charts and check them. 16. Creating instructions for the efficient use of bar equipment. 17. Makes career planning for the bar team and organizes appropriate trainings with HR Team.
