Job Description

On behalf of our client a leading French Multinational Pharmaceutical company we are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Coordinator. Job description includes: Updating and maintaining ex-factory sales orders forecast sheets Co-ordination with our local agents/distributors and various governmental institutions in the Gulf region regarding purchase orders, delivery schedules, back-to-back orders, tenders and enquiries Agents stock follow-up on weekly basis Online tendering processes : co-ordinating with different institutions, preparation, data entry and submission within deadlines Follow-up on tender closing dates and orders delivery dates Follow-up on clearance of goods from airports & customs and posting processes on computer systems of the agents. Update and maintain easy accessible file for stocks, quotations, tenders, orders etc. Payment follow-up with different accounts, both agents and institutions (governmental) Help in the preparation of monthly reports of Business Development Manager for submission to the General Manager Experience Required: Self-correspondence skills Excellent communication skills Good telephone etiquette Team player Enthusiastic and dynamic Excellent command of Excel, Word and Powerpoint applications
