Job Description

Major Objectives of the Job: Responsible for sales, business development. Customer Satisfaction in all products in sea, air, warehousing, customs clearance and transportation. Mainly develop DAFZA customer base for full range of services. Meet monthly sales targets and annual plans. To service customers with logistics solutions and guide the customers with regards to products and services, meeting customer requirements. Key Result Areas * Business DevelopmentSales Customer retention and business enhancement Product and service delivery DAFZA Warehouse Market research Reports & presentations Key Performance Indicators Meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction Customer satisfaction to be ensuredretain 100% of existing customers Tailor made product solution for customers Devise customer base for Consolidation and De-consolidation business in DAFZA Develop data base to keep an eye on competition trends and activities Monthly report compilation and presentations as and when required Accountability & Reporting Method Weekly/Monthly KPI and targets accomplishment Retain all existing customers and revisit lost customers and re-gain support Execution of Door to door services Ensure optimization of the product portfolio Report market deviations to managers and a close eye on comp activities All reports to be submitted on the time
