Managing daily inbound and outbound calls of hospital call center.

Responsible for updating online website, checking mails and responding on time.
Liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.
Monitoring random calls to improve quality & minimize errors
Should be able to work in shifts 24/7
