- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience of 3 to 5 years as Account Manager in a Contact Centre and managing 300 plus employees.
- Good understanding of Contact Centre Operations.
- Good understanding of client requirements and managing expectations.
- Excellent skills in managing and motivating people.
- Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Analytical ability to examine problems effectively and evaluate alteate solutions.
