Job Description

1. To support the operation of the kitchen. 2. Helps to provide weekly working plan of Kitchen Staff and Stewards. 3. Provides the processes of preparing meals according to hygiene regulations. 4. Supporting unit chef in researching and developing new products. 5. To comply with the work schedule of the kitchen staff. 6.Accepts the delivery according to the quality standards of Huqqa when the Head Chef or Sous Chef was not exist at the Restaurant. 7. To train Commis and Trainees to provide their development. 8. Properly serving the dishes respectivly according to the order. 9. To direct Stewarding staff according to hygiene rules in kitchen cleaning. 10. To comply with occupational health and safety procedures. 11. To comply with food safety and hygiene procedures and maintaining high standards of Hygiene. 12. Dress in accordance with the dress code. (Always clean and ironed uniform, well cared for hair and nails).
