Job Description

Pre-sales support as approved and assigned by RSDM. Details explain under pre-sales activities. Responsible for Telephone and on site support. Lead and Undertake scheduled routine preventative measures and maintaining sold solutions. Technical escalation from L3 Technical escalation to SME for incidents and Service request that technically cannot be resolved within 1 hour. Telephone support and on site visits. Responsible Customer satisfaction for all assigned task and responsibilities. Maintain, report escalated Service calls and update knowledge base. Meet or exceed agreed and contractual SLAs with clients. Perform after hours support duties to meet SLAs on networking systems and service levels - 24 7. Responsible for opening and closure of TAC.
