Process staff annual, sick, maternity leaves and leaves without pay etc through Self service module.
Process requests from staff for visa master, cards etc.
Ensure records are maintained and confirmation letters are sent on a timely basis.
Ensure that all changes in staff status information are updated and maintained accurately.
Ensure that the required inputs for all the processing of all resignations terminations are prepared and submitted toconcerned departmentson a timely basis.
Attend to staff queries as applicable.
Ensure that all documents are filed in respective personal files of each staff member.
Issuance of letters certificates for all requests from existing staff.
Issuance of experience & clearance certificates for ex-staff.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager .
Calculating processing Staff Loans.
Eligibility:Bachelors degree / higher diploma
