Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards• Accepting order inquiries from clients and responding with follow up queries• Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries • Following up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements• Collecting data and gathering routine reports and documents for Management (KPI report)• Monitor and maintain new customer information database• Processing quotations requests for sales & Bio-med dept• After each capital equipment sales is done, to prepare a thank you letter and send it to the customer and send a copy to CSD Manager• Acknowledged invoices by customers must be sent to accounts dept• Handling collections follow up with clients which are a must at some branches• Provide Dept head with weekly collection report showing what’s collected and what is pending• Following up with logistics Dept to inquire about shipments status to advise sales teams and customers • Will be reviewing sales order report with CSD manager on weekly basis to ensure all pending orders are accounted for• Updating accounting dept about all deposits that has been deposited in company bank account• Must adhere to CSD policies and procedures as per the manual that will be provided to him or her• Customer visitation should be done throughout the year as per the form set by CSD Manager• The above must be done according to our criteria set for visitation• To assist in admin functions as needed• Monitor the delivery driver to ensure on time deliveries to the customer and neat appearance of him as well• Making sure that delivery van is cleaned at least once a month• Goods must be delivered using Imdad branded bags• Bio Med Survey must be conducted at the end of every month using the form set by CSD Manager and to send the results before the end of the monthSkills and specifications • Active listening• Excellent follow-up skills• Time Management• Very good communication skills (oral & written), and ability to work well in a team• Should be polite, friendly, tactful and well presented• Should be calm and patient• Excellent computer skills• Excellent Arabic and English speaking and writing skills• Problem-solving skillsEducation & Qualifications• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Diploma or equivalent• Interest in customer service activities• Has worked in the field of customer service for at least 1 to 2 years• Male candidate with Saudi Nationality
