Job Description

The Company Our Client is a manufacturer and retailer of chocolates and pastry products. Currently they are seeking to hire a Corporate Sales Executive for their office in Dubai. The Role Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the sales of Corporate and hospitality sector tailored exclusively to chocolate industry. Carry out the Sales in order to meet and exceed the projected target. Develops Annual business plan in conjunction with Team Mates/ Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year. Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals. Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned area, including the use of Microsoft Outlook to maintain accurate records to maximize potential. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Maintain the highest standard of professionalism with the staff and/or clients and/or customers. Assuming full responsibility for the supervision and management of sales flow and stock of the operation. Maintain a clear database of the clients whom he has approached and needed to be approached and have a good filing of the business cards of the clients. Looking for and approaching new customers that might be a benefit for the company. Representing the company in local exhibitions. Coordinating with the operation manager in regards to the order and make it clear as much as he can, placing the sales order and forward it to the responsible departments. The Person The ideal candidate has to: Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge that allows him/her to give effective presentation to the Client. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers. Have chocolate corporate local market experience; Have a client database; Driving License and a car.
