Customer Service Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales, Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.Operate the assigned Tell sell route and up-sell to customers by recognizing opportunities.Assist sales team in their sale orders and deliveriesAttend all inbound requests and feedback efficiently; resolve problems by clarifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.Escalating unresolved problems to the conceed department and conduct proper follow ups to get them solved.Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.Maintain accurate customer database.
