Main responsibilities: Interaction with customers& service providers. Documentation for trading shipping and logistics. Filing, reports etc...
Reporting to: Head of operations
Other interactions: Exteal agents, shipping lines, inspection agencies, customers, suppliers etc.

Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM sunday thru thursday
Travel requirements: NARequirementsWe are looking for a presentable customer service executive. The candidate to be fluent in English, good communication skills, good attitude, flexible and to be able to work under pressure. Experience in shipping /logistics documentation will be an added advantage. Freshers also can apply
