Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
STAR TASKS:
1. Complaint resolution: Target: 8 visit Minimum: 6 visits

GUARDIAN TASKS:
1. Selling and Upselling printer services, MPS, Cartridges.
2. Identifying and sharing opportunities for growth of the business.
3. Reporting

Skills and Competencies:
1. Should be confident and possess excellent communication skills
2. Should be a go getter andself-driven
3. Should be resilient and optimistic
4. Should have excellent listening skills
5. Should have strong relationship building skills
6. Should be logical and analytical

Education and Experience:
1. Bachelors Degree
2. Minimum job requirements: 3-4 years of customer service experience.
3. UAE DL is a must.
