Adecco is working in partnership with a leading online travel agency client who have openings in Dubai for numerous Customer Service Representatives reporting into the Head of Customer Experience.
Successful applicants will be responsible to improve overall customer satisfaction by ensuring that the customer is dealt within a pleasant and professional manner by adhering to agree with the clients standards. You are also expected to ensure that all policies and procedures relating to customer query handling and complaints resolution are strictly adhered in order to meet the expectations of the customers.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience within customer service, preferably within travel.
Excellent English speaking ability is essential - bi-lingual in Arabic and English is preferred.
Preference for male candidates.
Salary - AED 9-11k/month plus standard benefits.
