Job Description

Efficiently handle daily operations of telemarketing
Consolidate all daily reports and submit to the line manager
Supervise daily call performance to ensure all calls bring value to customer
Placing Orders in the most effective manner
Up sell orders, Process Picking Slips, obtain samples requests as required
Prepare quotations for customers
Double check physical stock against system
Check updates of customers account
Call Customers to sell promotions, liquidate near expiry products & Block accounts
Receive customer calls (place orders, answer inquiries, inform status of delivery, price, product specificationetc)
Handle customers complaints and log in the complaints sheet
Get sales leads and pass it on to Sales department
Process products returns
Submit reports for suppliers
Support suppliers for all requests (feedbacks, calling customers who stopped buying)
Prepare and fax all price decision letters to customers
