Job Description

Job Purpose:(Summary of the main purpose of the job as the basic function and scope of the job in terms of organization, geographic areas supported, financial or other volume/size metrics, strategic impact and nature of supervision received or exercised related to the job in a descriptive manner)Provide support, advice, and administration of employee relations matters relating, but not limited to: corrective action, grievances, disputes, and separation in accordance to the company policies and applicable lawsPrimary Accountabilities:- Responsible for providing support, advice, and recommendations that effectively promote positive employee relations and address workplace issues and corrective actions in accordance to the company policies and applicable laws.- Conducts proper reviews and investigations of grievances, disputes, conflicts and violations and coordinate disciplinary actions as per the company policies and applicable laws in consultation with the Law Department.- Maintain records and interpret findings from investigations to create plans, processes and procedures of employee relations cases.- Provide consultation for clarification of company policies and labor law regarding employee relations issues, separation, disputes and disciplinary actions.- Work closely with all stakeholders to handle employee relations cases (i.e. separation, grievance, disputes and violations), follow the established process and ensure compliance with the company policies and applicable laws. - Keep abreast with the company policies and applicable laws to ensure compliance and establish guidelines and processes regarding employee relations issues (i.e. separation, grievance, disputes and violations)- Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.A. Education Requirements:• Diploma Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or closely related disciplines. B. Work Experience:• 3-6 years of experience in Employee RelationsC. License / Certification / Accreditation:• Prefers HR Professional certificateD. Language Requirement:• English• ArabicE. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):• Employee must have Solid knowledge of the Human Resource policies, systems and procedures as they relate to the area of assignment. • Influencing through persuasion, knowledge and conviction rather than position• Analytical skills and numeracy• Good understanding of strategic business management and decision-making• Strong ability to absorb, evaluate and make effective judgements on people related issuesF. Additional / Other Requirement:• Must be able to express ideas & thoughts orally & in writing & develop logical & clearly defined reports & presentations in English.
