Job Description

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Prepare and develop recipes in accordance with the family and guests tastes, requests, nutritional needs, dietary restrictions and product specifications. Execute meal service ensuring each course is served simultaneously and on time. Coordinate activities of other kitchen staff including identification and analysis of training needs. Sanitization and organization of the kitchen refrigerators, pantries, drawers, including post event clean up. Responding to special requests, errands and all related duties in a timely manner. Prepare daily menus and communicate daily to each family member for selection. Plan and prepare box and packaging of food for family to be taken along for travel. Event planning, ordering and collaboration with family and management team as needed. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Chef with high profile family / leading hotels. Culinary degree / diploma from an accredited College or Culinary School Excellent references from both current and previous employers Good command of the English language, both written and oral Utmost discretion and confidentiality is necessary Professional appearance Excellent cooking skills Experience with formal service Available to travel with family as needed
