Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Department (s). Administer correspondences and provide word-processing and secretarial support. Maintain and manage general filing and Archiving system. Make travel arrangements for Employee and guests, whenever required (E.g. air travel bookings, visas, hotel reservations, transportations etc.) Perform other secretarial duties (manage calls, make photocopies, translate documents, etc.) Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. Direct the Guest Delegates to the appropriate Head Manager. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
telephone calls. Make preparations for Board and Management Meetings. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
