KRAs for the job are as followsEnsure the integrity of Organization’s financial system Lead the finance team and to ensure that its standards and processes comply with IFRSSOCPA Provide the Board with reliable analyses of the business financials including product cost, profit margin, cash flow, fixed and variable cost and input price models Contribute specialist finance skills and broad experience to the development of the Organization’s strategic vision and planning as well as to the multiple project that he leads Play a key role in identification and realization of additional fundingrevenue&raising opportunities Accountable for the finance team’s performance, which must exhibit an excellent standard Strive for excellence in terms of developments and practices in accounting and financial circles, linking them where applicable to the culture and plans of the organisation and the general guidelines applicable to Government agencies Proactively encourage budget adherence and undertake resource planning to ensure that the organization has the financial expertise to meet its present and future needs Develop and maintain relationships with Financial InstitutionsBanks for the financial needs of the organization

Work that fully complies with the quality and environmental frameworks, safety procedures and standards, regulatory requirements and management principles.Demonstrated abilitiesA proven ability to provide leadership in a senior management team and act as a business partner in the provision of commercial advice. Excellent analytical skills and proven experience in product costing, budgets, financial report generation and interpretation (cash flow, balance sheet & profit/loss statements), variance analyses and investment opportunity analysis. Ability to lead, motivate, coach and mentor staff, including demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflict; a collaborative approach and strong team work philosophy.Qualifications & ExperienceRelevant degree qualifications, with relevant post graduate qualification desirable   CA/CPA qualified Significant experience in a Financial Controller role in the order of at least 5 years as a controller envisaged plus additional experience in other financial management roles. Experience in product margin and costing analysis and providing relevant advice on business strategy Education Institute Experience preferred. Preferably with GCC/Saudi Experience. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage, but not essential
