Role Summary

Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities

Essential Responsibilities

This position is directly responsible for the supervision, co-ordination and record keeping of all (CnI, DCS & PLCs) maintenance related activities on the plant site Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy Lead and assist in daily operations Develop, coordinate, lead, and execute daily production plans and coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition Develop and implement process controls Support operations leader in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources for CnI, DCS & PLCs related activities Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department (CnI) activities of the team Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization Works together with people from the business unit Contacts are under guidance andor geared towards collecting or giving technical information Targeted clients Contracts are pre-defined and a framework of conditions is set and followed

- Controls all maintenance (CnI, DCS & PLCs related) documents as outlined on the site Master List of Controlled Documents

- To assigns preventive and corrective maintenance jobs (CnI, DCS & PLCs related) to maintenance technicians as per the direction of Maintenance Manager

- To develop, supervises and coordinate plant (CnI, DCS & PLCs related) maintenance activities

- To plan and inspect completed work on plant Instruments and control systems

- To Troubleshoot and rectify all issues occurring on Gas Turbines, Steam turbine, BOP and DCS This includes troubleshooting of but not limited to Mark-VIe, Ovation DCS, RX3i system, Mitsubishi PLC, S7-300200 PLC and Honeywell PLCs

- To effectively follow MOC process and lead the site team for any modification related to GTs, ST, DCS and BOP side This may include logic modification, New equipment installation, Drawings modification, making of startup and operational procedures, Devise PM plans for new equipment and betterment ideas

- To maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work

- To acquire considerable knowledge of the process systems of relevant mechanical, instrument & control and electrical throughout the plant and apply the same to trouble shoot problems and leads the CnI maintenance team in resolving the issue

- To train the subordinates on PMs and CMs

- To communicate effectively with others with others, both verbally & in writing

- To execute work orders through CMMS and co-ordinate with CnI techs for jobs

- To assist Maintenance Manager in planning and scheduling outage works with due regard to annual scheduled maintenance plan

- To assess plant needs for spare parts & supplies and generate material requisitions

- To co-ordinate with site store and procurement for stock inventory

- To acquire full knowledge of EHS policies & procedures and ensures compliance

- To evaluate, plan and actively participate in plant housekeeping

- To assist and co-ordinate with EHS ManagerSupervisor with all EHS activities including implementation of policiesprocedures, inspections and audits

- To understand OH&S risks hazards and Environmental legislative aspect Impacts related to work activities

- To perform assigned tasks as given in Quality Manual I, II and EHS Manual



- Bachelors degree (Electrical) from an accredited university or college with at least 5 years of experience in Services

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently

- Strong problem solving skills
