This role provides organizational leadership and direction to achieve the company's marketing goals for B2B audiences, and external stakeholders mainly clients in the tourism and education industries Marketing exercise include but not limited to internal workflow management, eCommerce, b2c campaigns, traditional and digital marketing, internal and external communications and website management

Were looking for a customer-centric candidate who values collaboration with a team of doers and creative minds The candidate will be inheriting a team of talents based across the globe in different time zones The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional and digital marketing channels Being in the retail industry, the candidate should understand the importance of response time and will be expecting to work around the clock if situation deems so

The requirements from each of the business verticals DEI and KlassAkt will need to be addressed with an independent problem-solving approach using both B2B and B2C marketing channels to successfully fulfill this job purpose

The Responsibilities

Executing & supporting operational aspects of the business eg RFPs Proposals & Partner correspondences

Create & oversee production of marketing content

Manage graphic & visual content including photos & videos for all touch


Provide leadership and support to the graphic design team on design,

development, and implementation of products (physical and digital) and

marketing campaigns

Development and implementation of the Brand strategy

team enabling them to meet the commercial objectives

Guiding the day to day activities of the current marketing team spread across


Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media

reputation and recognition

Understand the business needs from various asset heads, draft and suggest

campaigns, and activities, complete with measurement matrix to resolve

identified concerns

Build, and manage annual Marketing budget

Maximizes advancement of mobile, social & digital strategy

To develop and implement a PR strategy for DEI

Ensure company corporate marketing needs are met by aligning

communication and public relations exercises with the company vision, mission and guiding principles, including creating and executing marketing plans and programs to support company goals

Identify the strongest media and promotional opportunities within strategic markets that have proven to be the most successful and cost effective while staying aligned with our brand message

Monitor and manage the annual marketing calendar for all the key DEI partner


Working closely with both Business Development team and Retail Operations
