Job Description

Guest Experience Ambassadors (GEA) are delighted to serve when they exemplify the concept of a one-stop-shop and take exceptional care of all aspects of our guests stays. GEAs are present through every step of the stay: from pre-arrival to check-out, orienting the guest through the hotel, taking room service orders, arranging transportation and tours, recording preferences, organizing birthday or anniversary celebrations, etc. As a GEA, you will be expected to represent the core values of the Renaissance brand. You will use your inquisitiveness to develop your knowledge of the guest, of the city, of the hotel. You will resolve issues promptly and to the complete satisfaction of the guest. You will accompany guests through their Renaissance journey.
