Job Description

Direct and coordinates the strategic and day-to-day Food & Beverage development management and Customer Care, Information Desks and Concierge tasks. Creatively and continuously improve performance of Customer Care, Information Desks and Concierge. Manage and improves F&B Tenants relations at all times. Manage the Quality Assurance Document system to prevent deviation from the agreed standards and to conduct periodic auditing to ensure compliance. Handle Tenants and guests comments and complaints effectively and efficiently. Ensure to conduct a completion study with other Malls in the world in relation to the F&B offers and implement changes where ever required. Manage and resolve difficult issues regarding Customer complaints and other related matters. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism action. Coordinate strategic planning and goal development for the Hospitality Department, monitors achievement of goals and objectives and provides reports. Establish and implements short and long range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
