Job Description

* Group Reward function, establish a Reward and Recognition strategy, its policies and procedures which are aligned with the overall HR and corporate objectives.
* Designing, overseeing and implementing compensation and benefits programs. Design the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc).
* Update salary structures, participate in surveys and ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
* Manage employee insurance (medical and life) plans.
* Evaluating competitor compensation and benefits packages, creating policies and procedures, monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity.
* Work closely with management, providing feedback on related HR functions and processes. Responsible for accurate data collection and analysis, as well as maintaining accurate employee records.
* Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
* Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan.
