Job Description

MBA in Human Recourses or equivalent (Essential)

Previous experience of managing a Human Resource team within UAE. (Essential)

Strong understanding of the UAE federal and labour laws and Regulations. (Essential)

Good written and spoken English, Hindi, preferable Arabic (Essential)

Has the ability to inspire confidence of the CEO and other senior managers through timely delivery of information and plans. Works independently of CEO, but consults where appropriate.

Makes sensible, intelligent decisions in difficult and deadline driven situations

Takes a broad interest in the success and development of the company and the Human Resource function as a whole

Basic knowledge on ISO, HSE and quality standards

Very good application of Microsoft office and drafting emails.
