To Actively contribute in placing HR Strategies, Policies and Procedures To assist in the implementation of HR Strategies, Policies, Procedures and Programs To Assist in the company overall Hiring and Sourcing of new talent To effectively follow-up on all human resource day to day functions in a way to achieve departmental and organizational goals To offer adequate advise pertaining to legal issue and conformity with the markets labor law Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to facilitate joining process of the selected employees Frequently check and follow-up on employee attendance through the relevant software Assist in tracking leaves, indemnity and relevant employee compensations Assist the H.O.D. in conducting the yearly performance appraisal program Assist in tracking sick leaves for all the organization Assist in Payroll Administration
