Job Description

Job Purpose:(Summary of the main purpose of the job as the basic function and scope of the job in terms of organization, geographic areas supported, financial or other volume/size metrics, strategic impact and nature of supervision received or exercised related to the job in a descriptive manner)Responsible for providing human capital management (IFS HCM) advisory services to businesses, develop and communicate policies, conduct training, and implement HCM processes.Job Purpose:- Provide advice on strategic integration of HR processes, programs and practices into the HR information systems.- Provide business solutions to all HR systems related activities to ensure availability and utilization of best-in-class information systems solutions. - Perform internal reviews and audit of current systems and processes to ensure alignment with the policies and business requirements.- Coordinate between HR departments and IT department to ensure the service requested is delivered, tested and effectively functioning.- Coordinate between HR departments and IT department to ensure the service requested is delivered, tested and effectively functioning.- Coordinate between HR departments and IT department to ensure the service requested is delivered, tested and effectively functioning.- Lead the administration and development of HR systems projects & solutions to meet the business requirements and HR objectives. - Participate in the on-going improvements to data integrity and the production of standard HR reporting.Job RequirementsA. Education Requirements:• Bachelor Degree in MIS, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or closely related disciplines. B. Work Experience:• 3-6 years of experience in Employee RelationsC. License / Certification / Accreditation:• Prefers HR Professional certificateD. Language Requirement:• English• ArabicE. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):• Employee must have Solid knowledge of the Human Resource policies, systems and procedures as they relate to the area of assignment. • Influencing through persuasion, knowledge and conviction rather than position• Analytical skills and numeracy• Good understanding of strategic business management and decision-making• Strong ability to absorb, evaluate and make effective judgements on people related issuesF. Additional / Other Requirement:• Must be able to express ideas & thoughts orally & in writing & develop logical & clearly defined reports & presentations in English.
