Job Description

On behalf of an International Financial Firm in the DIFC, Swisslinx is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will be reporting into the Head of HR and manage a junior professional. This role is for a high-level and polished professional, with an excellent background in international companies. Your role will include, but not be limited to: Full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, offering Managing full on-boarding of new employees Managing all exit employees Provide training, as well as liaising with external training providers Managing HR administrative tasks (ex. NOC letters, salary certificates, etc.)RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have: 5+ years experience in an HR role within a well-established large organization (ideally a financial institution) Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Experienced with DIFC rules and regulations CIPD qualified (ideally) Our client offers you a challenging and exciting role, a competitive compensation package, and an esteemed work environment in a well-established firm.
