Job Description

Market company products and services to the right market Demonstrate adequate company product knowledge, answer routine product questions and direct questions to appropriate personnel when necessary Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities Meet agreed sales targets Follow up collection of premiums Maintain contact with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned, such as liaising on claims Take responsibility for servicing the accounts of certain customers Make presentations and demonstrations (sometimes with technical staff) to potential customers Communicate details of orders to the technical team when a sale is agreed Liaise with the Management to find new customers and report back on any on customer concerns to improve products Keep customers informed of new developments
