Job Description

1.To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications.2. To assist all our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon.3. To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.4. To install and configure new IT equipment.5. To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware6. To resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners7. To maintain a first class level of customer service ensuring that all users are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.8. Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization.9. Update and maintain computer inventory and surplus equipment.10. Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, Telephone, Wi-Fi device, Biometric, Video systems and other computing equipment.11. Interact with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.12. Support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.13. Identify and repair hardware and network connectivity issues.
