Job Description

Responsibilities: ?Can manage the IT projects budget on behalf of the management team/ steering committee, monitor expenditure against delivered and realized benefits as the corporate program progresses. ?Define & determine clear deliverables, requirements resources (reviewing budgetary Outlays) and plan the corporate project lifecycle leading up to deployment, creating project schedule and risk mitigation strategies. ?Undertake corporate IT projects/program, as determined by senior management of identified functions supporting achievement of business Objectives, from planning to delivery of the system/ solution to the satisfaction of the business/ its internal Customers. ?Responsible for ERP projects including project planning, resource allocation, Steering Committee leadership, project communications and team organizational structure management. ?Maintain and control the ERP Project budget, schedule on priority. ?Maintain a current test/development environment. ?Monitor and tune application performance. ?Maintain test environments for development and testing. ?Participate on application implementation teams and provide necessary support. ?Work with business super users to maintain process documentation. ?Manage IT with proper deliverables and guide with IT Infrastructure to sort out issues. ?Manage Custom application of our portal with team and provide new enhancements to boost company growth. ?Implement appropriate methods, processes and techniques for project business case development and definition of user requirements. ?Coordinate the implementation of business systems with the Development and IT service delivery teams to ensure implementation and usage. ?Coordinate with internal business and IT stake holders and vendors/ contracted service providers for alignment of expectations, clarity and discharge of respective role/ responsibility and resolution of issues to achieve stated milestones of the program. ?Advise & guide all stake holders on the impact of program roll out and necessary preparedness from change management perspective for smooth implementation and deriving maximum value out of the system. ?Provide leadership and direction to subordinates towards the achievement of goals and objectives. ?Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality continuously developed for higher level roles. ?Continuously monitor the project performance and prepare professional and frequent intervals and report to the ?Negotiate change requests with both business users and implementation partner to assure minimal impact on schedule and cost constraints.
