Al-Futtaim Watches &Jewellery, part of the Al-Futtaim group is known for its wide variety of international brands to suit every taste and pocket, ensuring convenience to retail shoppers, wholesalers, and corporate clients. Al-Futtaim Watches &Jewellery includes renowned brands names such as Fossil, Esprit, Raymond Weil, Seiko, Kolber, Westar, Alba, Delma. Outlets are spread across the prime shopping malls, and numerous Duty Free channels in the GCC and the Sub??Continent.
The range of jewellery products includes a wide variety of pearls under the Minato brand name, plus precious stones set in 18 carat gold and certified loose diamonds from Europe.
About the Position
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible to market and promote Al Futtaim Watches and Jewelry brands across the GCC through media advertising, advertorials, PR, special events and promotions, and work with Brand Managers to ensure marketing is on brand and using expertise of the local market to exploit the best available opportunities.
You willbe the ambassador for theAFWJ brands in UAE, and is directly responsible for the relationship with agencies, external media, potential sponsors and represents the brand image in many non-work situations.
To be succesfully considered for this exciting opportunity, youmust be educated to a Bachelors degree level inMarketing from an accredited university withat least 5 years experience working in the Retail industry with exposure to the Watches and Jewellery sector ideally. You must have extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies and local market experience would be preferred. Strong in MS Excel & Power Pointwould be an added advantage.
