Job Description

We are looking for Key Account Sales Representative in Oman

Job Description

To deliver on targeted monthly Brand wise VolumeValue

Achieve budgeted Receivables (DSO) objectives for their territory
To maintain harmonious PR with trade (all levels) and prompt & efficient customer service at all times
100% compliance to journey plans

Participate in all team-working and be an effective team-player at all times
To achieve set KPIs on Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation or share of space as per our
market share & planograms)
To secure our primary visibility in category (as above) and also explore secondary visibility
opportunities to have dominance
To ensure all-round availability of MSL and other targeted tactical skus in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure
To manage trade-returns within agreed levels
To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownership for the liquidation of same
To ensure all listing and distribution of NPIs within 30 days in targeted outlets
To effectively coordinate with merchandising team to ensure good execution at all times
To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them
To execute all promotionalactivation etc as per targeted normstimelines
Evaluate competition activities and observe tradeconsumer trends
To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc)
To rigorously follow all SOPs with regard to inventory management, reporting, timings, HR, office
discipline & protocol etc)
To internally liaise with all departments on relevant matters with good harmony

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Preferably graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in Modern Trade, familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Age Maximum 35 years

Full understanding of dynamics of FMCG productstrade

Good negotiator with strong perseverance skills

Good eye for opportunities (new spacelistings etc)

Solid communication (particularly Listening) skills in EnglishHindi (& preferably Malayalam)

Driving licence

Efficient, Multi-tasker, Creative thinker, Result-Oriented with good Problem Solving & People skills
