Job Description

1) Prepares plans with the kitchen director on kitchen budgeting and reporting. 2) Establishes standards and control of food products. 3) Planning and implementing R&D and production development studies with the kitchen director. 4) Recruits the kitchen team of the new bracnhes and organizes their trainings. 5) Makes plan and coordinate the position of the kitchen of the newly opened branches with kitchen director. 6) Reviews monthly cost reports and report to the kitchen director. 7) Minimize production costs by coordinating with the purchasing department. 8) Control the kitchen organization. 9) To comply with food safety and hygiene procedures. 10) To comply with the occupational health and safety procedures.
