Loyalty Program - Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Inputting to and implementing plans for the
Customer Loyalty Programme for the retail division, including contributing to
the Programme definition and development, Creation of financial models etc.Contribute, together with other key stakeholders, to the development of
the following Loyalty programmesMonitor, evaluate and act upon information from
the key performance indicators related to the loyalty programme.Regular reporting to Senior Management on
established performance measuresMonitoring performance of end-to-end customer
experience, including all key SLAs with inteal and exteal service providersContribute actively to a culture of innovation
leading to a market leadership position in the 'technophile' segmentMinimum Qualifications & Experience
Requirements:Bachelor's degree or aboveOver 10 years related experience with minimum of
5 years' experience working in a relevant executive position for a large
financial institutionDeep industry knowledge and broad understanding
of the region, preferably including specific experience of the KSA marketExperience in multi-channel business model
including product servicing / delivery via e-banking and self serviceExperience in managing reward loyalty programs-
eg. Card rewards with a bank, or loyalty programs in the airline industry
