Job Description

Job purpose Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all the housekeeping activities within the mall are executed as per the Organizational standards and also handling customer complaints and coordination with the tenants as well. Duties and responsibilities •Execute Housekeeping procedures and activities as assigned by Operations supervisor. •Take necessary action to report any issues with Housekeeping Standards •Ensure company standards are maintained for Soft Services such as cleaning, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing, etc., in stairways, hallways, offices and labs. •Ensure that common areas including conference rooms, lobby and waiting areas are always clean and free of trash and debris. •Ensure wastebaskets and trash boxes are emptied and staff offices are cleaned daily. •Participate in the management and execution of mall events areas for Mall Activities, events and other functions. •Assist in the traffic management of the Mall Parking Facility •Conduct periodic site inspections with soft services vendor. •Ensure efficient and continuous operations of, parking, security, landscaping, concierge, elevators, escalators, digital advertising and CCTV, WIFI, music, fire and safety systems. •Any additional jobs as deemed necessary by the organization.

Qualifications & Competencies

Diploma Holder or higher.

Reasonable technical knowledge of daily operational and housekeeping and maintenance matters

Ability to Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained

Customer-oriented with good communication skills

Possess good attitude and keen to learn

knowledge Microsoft Office Software Word , Excel & PowerPoint

Proficient in Reading, Written & Spoken - English Language

Knowledge of Arabic reading and writing will be an added advantage

Driving License will be added advantage

Candidates must have a good experience in the Mall Management.

Candidate should have local experience 3-5 Years

Selection Criteria

Minimum 2 Years as Housekeeping Executive

Flexible to work in shifts

Residing close to Mabellah

NOC Availability
