Job Description

1. Review, create, improve and maintain OED Policies and Procedures with HR functional champions for all HR Areas - C&B, Performance Management, Resourcing, Learning and Talent development, Training, Employee Surveys, Change Management & Employee Services, HR Scorecards and business reports / presentations a. Develop process flowcharts b. Develop detailed SOPs c. Develop relevant user-forms d. Develop, update and rollout all guides and manuals (HR functional champions, line managers, users) 2. Review, create, improve and manage the Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) to ensure smooth operations a. Develop training modules / manual and impart training to both HR functional champions and end-users b. Respond to all end-user queries and resolve any issues c. Conduct and report periodic end-user feedback on HRMS functionality 3. Assists HR functional champions in specifying user requirements and designing processes and tools for integrating in to the HRMS 4. Designs, implements, tracks and reports comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the effectiveness of the function 5. Implement and maintain HR self services system on HRMS
