Job Description

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery for Learning and Development activity across business and functions
You will engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritise training
Reviewing the competency matrix and competency dictionary to validate their quality and appropriateness according to job roles
Implementing Training modules to enhance performance management, succession planning, knowledge management and talent management for the group
Developing Career development plans of individuals along with GCHRO to meet their horizontal and vertical progression requirements and ensuring the alignment with Human Resources plan
Providing regular feedback to the GCHRO on performance and training issues and assisting in planning any new initiatives for improvement in the section
Providing statistical analysis of performance and training data as needed with ROI
Preparing the Training Calendar for the year and monitoring progress
Organizing and supervising the work of the subordinates to ensure that all work within the training and development section is carried out in an efficient manner, consistent with operating procedures and policy
Evaluating performance and analyzing training needs in order to deploy relevant training programs to build internal capabilities for assigned division (training and career development
Advising employees in their development plans as necessary
In this role you will keep up-to-date with new trends and initiatives to aid the design and implementation of training programs, talent management strategies and individual development plans
This role will work closely with educational institutions, training companies and venue providers in order to facilitate future talent management programs
You will also communicate with other departments to ensure consistency throughout internal and external development programs
You will be designing and implementing orientation programmes for all employees across all locations, including Emiratisation as well as participating in other projects as required
Build internal and external relationships to secure required resources and funding for the training
Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery
Select appropriate delivery channels, to effectively transfer skills to targeted audience
To ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs
Support HR team with wider learning activities like coaching, mentoring and leadership development programs
