Job Description

Supervise and lead a group of Assistant Managers and Team Leaders to meet the required daily objectives.& Ability to, organize work of others and assisting in department training and reporting.& Manage team portfolio to ensure all orders are being fulfilled on time.& Arrange and perform periodic meetings with those departments that have a direct impact on National Notary processes to ensure communication lines are open.& Coordinate activities of the department with the manager to include work flow monitoring, process improvement, training, reporting and special projects.& Ability to take on special projects and work on cross functional projectsOperational Standards and Settings. Operational policies and procedures. System Handbook development and maintenance. User Support Coordination, carry out configuration management on the OSS systems to ensure that the systems are running optimally and that the end user experience is optimized for the operation and maintenance of the IP networks.. Ensure that the client machines of the end users are configured correctly after any configuration changes so that the end users can make full use of these changes. Assist with Co&ordination of feature requests & development requests with G BOSS team. Assist with Co&ordination with IT engineering and testing teams for application developmentAssist with Co&ordination with Support system integration and UAT for system changes or upgrades,. Assist with Co&ordination with Co&ordination of Device Certification Processes. Planned work coordination. Liaise with other departments where required. Assist with Co&ordination with Compliance Audit. Assist with Interface between Operations & 3rt party support BOSS for day to day issue resolution
