Strong organisational skills and knowledge of administrative policies and procedures
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively at management level with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite as there is a high volume of reports and secretarial support required.Excellent keyboard skills (min 50 wpm) with a high degree of accuracy are also required.
Experiencein and a flair for marketing activity with skills in desktop publishing preferred to produce flyers, mail outs and brochures
Highest level of fluency inwritten and spoken English
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position or 5 years experience as a Secretary in an institutional setting where a formal approach to business is expected together with a UK recogniseddiploma in Secretarial studies and or Business Administration.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader in running the Asteco Office and will project and ensure a highly professional manner at all times in all aspects in the presentation of our brand.
