Job Description

To follow up orders, shipments, documents, warehouses, sales, remaining stock and the need to order more.

Support the Inventory Management and Liquidation team in attaining their goal of efficient management of inventory and achieve targets.

Responsible for maintaining results data and providing efficient administrative support to the department.

Perform administrative functions for Division Head and the entire team.

Update the activity planner with regard to sales and targets.

Coordinate in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Coordinate with concerned Department Heads with regard to scheduling of activities planned.

Update sales figure, generate daily, weekly and monthly and annual reports as per instructions of Division Head.

To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the Division Head.

Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming inquiries from the team.

Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.

Communicate with the Managers and Director for the status and position of sales.

Support the Inventory Management and Liquidation team in administrative functions.

Perform any other task assigned by the Division Head.
